Who am I...?
Who am I...?
I'm the girl from next door who had a dream and traveled from a small village in the Eastern part of Germany to the world. I lived in the cosmopolitan meltin-pod aka best-city-in-the-world, New York City, spent a couple of years in Spains' hottest city, Madrid, and had my first experience abroad in the edgy town of Manchester, Northern England.
I'm always smiling, never standing still and constantly vibrating on a high energy level. My glass is always half full and I always believe in the good in everything (some would call it naive) and I love my life. I believe that anything is possible, truly anything, and life is too short to have regrets.
I love my oatmeal bowl for breakfast, I'm addicted to run in the morning and the spinning class after work, I love winding down with a Yoga session and I can't live without my daily meditation.
At only 37, I can look back at a very successful, international, 19-year career in Corporate. I’ve worked in small and large companies in the U.S., Spain, England and Germany and spent my entire twenties living abroad.
When I started working I quickly realized that I want more out of my career than just a regular 9-5 job. Instead I wanted to add value to the company and contribute to the growth. As I had a passion for languages, I decided to work and live abroad for a year. One year in Manchester, England turned into 9 years, 3 countries and 2 continents. Each job gave or new challenge gave me a new opportunity to grow and I was prepared to always go the extra mile.
Over the years, I started working my way up from a Team Assistant to the Executive Assistant of the CEO, continuously taking over new responsibilities in Human Resources, Internal Communications, Media Relations, Travel and most recently Corporate Health Management. Working internationally has truly shaped me as a person and I am very grateful for all the amazing people I me during that time.
"I learned that in order to maintain a high level of energy and motivation, I needed to be physically and mentally fit, so I started integrating a fitness routine and a healthy diet and transformed my life."
Looking for life's bigger meaning...
In my 30s, things started to change as I began asking myself the deeper questions about life “Am I truly happy? Do I want to continue doing what I have been doing? Do I want to stay where I am? What is my purpose?” So in 2017 I started my own spiritual journey of self-discovery. And through my love for sports and nutrition, I discovered that empowering others to live a healthy lifestyle is what I’m truly passionate about.
"I believe everyone of us is born with a unique gift that we are meant to share with the world."
I'm here to kick your ass, to help you to get out of your comfort zone, to question your limiting beliefs, to hold your hand when it feels challenging, to motivate you to keep committed and to celebrate your goals in the transformation to a healthier and happier you.
